What is it?

In this personalised advisory engagement, we work hand in hand to develop version 1 of your Sustainability Action Plan aligned to your Quality Improvement Plan. We bring the leadership team together to:

  • Assess where you are at on your sustainability journey and define where you want to go in alignment with the centre’s philosophy and unique place

  • Define tangible actions that the team can start taking immediately to progress towards your objectives

  • Document the chosen actions in a way that is accessible to all and can be updated regularly

What you’ll get

You will walk away with version 1 of your centre’s Sustainability Action Plan aligned to the EYLF 2.0, the NQS and your QIP. Beyond the document itself, this engagement will help you:

  • Reduce the overwhelm that comes with a topic as broad as ‘sustainability’ and focus on key initiatives and practices that are most likely to drive impact

  • Drive regular and consistent action to deepen sustainability at your centre in line with your centre’s philosophy, the strengths and interests of your staff, and the needs and interests of the children

  • Track and demonstrate progress against your sustainability objectives to keep up momentum and satisfy ACECQA requirements
